The construction of the metallic structure takes place of 6 to 8 flats above the core of concrete. The Tower 4 has, as the majority of the skyscrapers in New York, of a metallic structure that in the interior sees reinforced by a core of concrete and in the outside by the called ‘Mega-Pillars'. The building goes tightening upwards in the following flats, aspiring to arrive to the Freedom Tower, the highest building of the Zone Zero.
